1jj Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1jj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at 1jj.asia.

1.2 Access to and use of the 1jj platform — including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagering, and withdrawal of funds — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.3 These Terms are effective as of the date of your first use of the platform and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence and for any period thereafter during which residual obligations remain outstanding.

1.4 1jj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the 1jj platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to create a 1jj account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform. 18+ This requirement is strictly enforced. 1jj reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. By registering, you confirm that online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under the laws applicable to your location. You accept sole personal responsibility for ensuring your participation on 1jj complies with all applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of Pakistan. 1jj does not provide legal advice; if you are uncertain about the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal counsel before registering.

2.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress when registering for or operating a 1jj account.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 1jj platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a 1jj account. This includes your legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jj login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 1jj will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.3 You are liable for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 1jj account, you must notify 1jj support immediately. Until notification is received, 1jj bears no liability for transactions made by unauthorised users.

3.4 Accounts must be operated solely by the registered holder. Transferring, selling, or allowing third-party use of your 1jj account is prohibited.

4. KYC Verification

4.1 In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards, 1jj requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed.

4.2 KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph of both sides of your Pakistani CNIC; (b) a selfie photograph holding your CNIC; and (c) confirmation of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered mobile number).

4.3 Additional documentation may be requested for higher withdrawal tiers, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) in the registered account holder's name.

4.4 Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4.5 KYC verification is a one-time process. Once approved, the same documents are not required to be re-submitted unless 1jj has reason to request updated documentation in accordance with its AML obligations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1jj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20). All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposits. All deposit requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. 1jj does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. 1jj aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and within 30 minutes to 4 hours for bank transfer methods. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

5.4 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 1jj account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.5 Suspicious Transactions. 1jj reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concern.

6. Gameplay Rules & Betting Policy

6.1 All games offered on the 1jj platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade titles — are subject to their individual game rules as published on the platform. These rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or error during a game round, 1jj reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes. Where this is not technically possible, 1jj may apply a resolution in accordance with its technical fault policy, the details of which are available from 1jj support.

6.3 Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, Test matches, T20s), football, and UFC — are subject to settlement rules that reflect the outcome of the relevant sporting event. 1jj is not liable for any outcomes resulting from events beyond its control, including match cancellations, postponements, or disputed results.

6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. 1jj reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any player account at its discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7.1 1jj may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The terms of each specific promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawable amounts — will be stated in the promotional materials.

7.2 Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 1jj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns that exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent, or coordinated play between accounts.

7.3 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1jj platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 1jj platform
• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 1jj platform
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploits or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests for genuine gaming losses

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 1jj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) where: the player has breached these Terms; the account is subject to a fraud or AML investigation; the player has requested self-exclusion; or the player is found to be ineligible under clause 2.

9.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1jj reserves the right to forfeit the balance remaining in the account. Where closure is for any other reason, the remaining balance (net of any promotional funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 1jj support. Where closure is requested as part of a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy, the closure is permanent and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The 1jj platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While 1jj takes all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service interruptions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party provider outages.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

10.3 1jj accepts no liability for: gaming losses; decisions made by the player in relation to bonuses or promotional offers; errors arising from the player's own device, internet connection, or software; or losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 1jj platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, game titles, logos, and written content — is the intellectual property of 1jj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. No player may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 1jj platform content without prior written consent.

12. Responsible Gaming Obligations

12.1 18+ 1jj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, all accessible from your account settings after login.

12.2 Players are individually responsible for managing their gaming activity within their personal financial means. 1jj strongly advises against gaming with funds that are needed for essential living expenses.

12.3 Any player who believes they may have a gambling problem is encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the platform and to seek support from appropriate professional resources. Full guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 1jj reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via platform notification or email at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where an amendment is required immediately to address a legal, security, or regulatory obligation, in which case it takes effect immediately upon publication.

13.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on the 1jj website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj is incorporated and licensed to operate as an online gaming platform.

14.2 In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact 1jj support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 1jj aims to respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days.

14.3 Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under applicable local consumer protection laws.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including Pakistan.
